Not charging AC Input

Have it plugged into the wall but unit isn’t charging. Any ideas? It will turn on and pull _300W for a few seconds but goes into standbye mode for a minute or so and then will do it in a cycle. Appreciate the help

Mine didn’t charge when I first received it. I downgraded the firmware by updating it. Then it worked.

Please don't worry, for SBV4600, you can update the BMS version directly via the app.
If the BMS version has been updated to 1.0.9, then it is the correct version. Once the update is complete, reboot the device and it will charge normally.

How do I see the installed BMS rsion?

My SBV charged for a few minutes and now it's in standby mode.

I found out that the AC input cable wasn't plugged right anymore. Now the SBV is charging again although the SBV is still in standby mode.

After connecting the SBV to WLAN I'm now able to see the firmware versions.
