Hi Zendure Team,
I would like to suggest an improvement for SolarFlow AC2400 systems used in a three‑phase installation where each phase has a different number of batteries.
When the system is installed on 3 phases with different battery capacities per phase, each AC2400 charges and discharges independently.
This leads to a situation where:
One phase may reach a low State of Charge (SoC) earlier than the others
The total available discharge power drops because only the phases with remaining energy can still output power
Suggested improvement
I propose that Zendure implements a synchronized SoC balancing mode:
Each AC2400 dynamically adapts its charge and discharge power
The goal is to maintain an identical SoC percentage across all battery stacks
This ensures that all phases deplete evenly and the system can maintain maximum output power for longer
This would greatly improve efficiency and user experience in multi‑phase setups.
Example of my configuration with 10kWh battery :
L1 1× AC2400 + 2× AB3000X
L2 1× AC2400 + 1× AB3000X
L3 1× AC2400 + 1× AB3000X
One solution would be to invest in two additional batteries, but this would not be cost-effective in my case because I would not increase my self-consumption with my current consumption profile.
Thank you again for these products that you offer, which I am completely satisfied with.
