Hello Zendure Support Team,
I need your help with connecting my power station.
Model: Zendure 2000W power station (SolarFlow / Hyper 2000 system).
The station works normally:
it charges correctly,
the battery is working,
the app settings are configured,
everything functions properly in general.
But I have a problem with power output to the house/grid through the AC plug.
❗ Problem:The station does NOT send power back into the home network through the AC cable/plug connection.It does not feed energy into the house wiring.
However:
I also have Zendure 800 (Enduro 800),
and with Zendure 800 everything works correctly,
it feeds power into the house through the same socket/plug setup without any problem.
So the wiring and socket system are working.
With Zendure 2000W:
direct output works,
devices work when connected directly,
BUT it does not return energy into the home network through the AC plug,
it refuses to feed power through the cable that works with Enduro 800.
I already tried:
official Zendure socket,
different cables,
different settings,
but the station still does not send power back to the grid/house line.
Please help me understand:
Why Zendure 2000W does not feed power into the house through the AC plug?
Is there any special setting that must be enabled?
Is there any limitation or protection system blocking backfeed?
Is additional equipment required for this model?
I need clear instructions on how to properly connect Zendure 2000W to supply power to my house network safely and correctly.
