Title: Zendure V4600 does not detect Satellite Battery (LED on, no expansion detected)

Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with my Zendure SuperBase V4600 and Satellite Battery and I’m looking for advice from anyone who has experienced this before.
Situation:
• Main unit (V4600) powers on and works normally
• Satellite Battery shows LED (it powers on)
• Expansion cable is connected properly
• However, the V4600 does NOT detect the Satellite Battery
• Satellite does not appear in the app and capacity is not added
• No error code on the screen
What I have already tried:
• Powering off both units completely
• Disconnecting the expansion cable
• Waiting several minutes before retrying
• Turning on Satellite first, then main unit, then connecting the cable
• Long-pressing the Satellite power button to wake it from sleep
• Using the original Zendure expansion cable
• Resetting the main unit (without Satellite connected)
Result:
• Satellite LED turns on, but there is no handshake / communication with the main unit
• It looks like the Satellite is awake but the BMS is not establishing data connection
Question:
• Has anyone seen this before?
• Is there a specific reset procedure for the Satellite Battery BMS?
• Could this be a firmware mismatch or expansion-port cache issue?
• Any confirmed fix before contacting Zendure support?
