Reserve backup

Hello,
I am using a SolarFlow 800 Pro with the off-grid socket to power a server during grid outages.
Currently, the minimum battery threshold also applies to the off-grid output. This means that when the battery reaches the minimum level (e.g. 30%), the backup socket is also shut down.
Would it be possible, via a future firmware update, to add:
a separate minimum battery threshold for the off-grid socket, or
a “backup mode” option allowing the off-grid socket to keep working even below the main minimum threshold?
This would allow users to reserve part of the battery for critical devices (servers, routers, etc.).

ZenUser193JrS6 +1 in its current form it means you have to choose if you use zendure as cost optimizer or as a backup devise but can't use it for both. A separate threshold would solve this.

Anyone from Zendure PM to comment if this can be considered?

Wenn es wichtige Geräte sind, dann können Sie das Gerät so nicht betreiben.
Der SOC ist ständig fehlerhaft und teilweise 40% daneben.
Sie müssen statt des SOC die minimale Zellspannung in den Akkus überwachen. So können Sie die Entladegrenze immer auf 5% setzen.
In Ihrer eigenen Steuerung (z.B. HomeAssistent) entladen Sie die Akkus dann z.B. nur bis 3 Volt minimale Zellspannung (10%) oder 3.3 Volt (30%). Die Software von Zendure kann das leider nicht.

Die Zendure offGrid Anschlüsse sind keinesfalls als USV geeignet, erst Recht nicht für empfindliche Geräte wie Router, Server, Computer, etc.
Dafür sind die speziell dafür gebauten, echten USV die einzige Alternative.
