Strange behavior zenki ai

Zenki is discharging one battery to charge the other.
Net only 251 supplied to my home (which is now consuming 1700 watts from the street.

Anybody any clue?

Yes it happened to me and it's the reason why I don't use zenki anymore

Irre ich mich und wir reden nicht über Zenki sondern HEMS?
Wenn dem so ist, geh aus dem HEMS.
