ZenUser13es5Bwr Hi everyone. Zendure has wonderful products but they follow too much regulations and it is very annoying. My products stop working when the tension is below 200v. Please help me about that because I am in a country where it is always like that. Must of the time. I heard that with zentools we can configure zendure to operate with such tension but I don’t know someone that have access to this app. I use EcoFlow delta 2 max and I don’t have that problem.

ZenUser62871M3 Die Abschaltung ist vorgegeben und wird durch das Netzprofil des Gerätes umgesetzt. Die einzige Lösung ist ein Netz zu verwenden wo die Spannung und Frequenz in dem Betriebsbereich des Gerätes liegt oder das Gerät Offgrid zu verwenden. Da gibt es keine Alternative.
