Yes, that is a common problem for some type of Hyper 2000’s.
It indicates that there is a communication problem between your Hyper and the Zendure Cloud. If your network is okay, then these outages are caused by instable wifi in the Hyper. During the outages the Hyper is stuck, it continues to do what it was doing and cannot be controlled until cloud connection is restored. Sometimes cloud connection is restored automatically, that’s great. But if this happens too often, submit a ticket at Zendure Support and tell them you do not trust the unit anymore and have them replace it by a different newer Hyper 2000.
I have 2 Hyper 2000’s. Both were having this issue and they were replaced, one with the same type of hardware (and AC firmware v2.1.14) and one with a newer type of hardware (and AC firmware v3.1.2). The one with newer hardware works fine, the one with older hardware worked fine for a couple of months, but then became faulty again, same issue, and Zendure Support just last week confirmed it is going to be replaced again with a new one.
So keep an eye on it, if for example a Hyper 2000 loses connection to the Zendure Cloud and was discharging, it will continue to do so until the cloud connection is restored, emptying your batteries.
