my sbp 2000 stuck at 98-99% charging level, shows random from 5 min to 2h remaining charge time and can't rich 100% many hours. What could it be?

Good Morning, are you in normal charging mode, or in UPS mode?
At 98%-99% charge, what is the approximate power input?
You can try letting the unit discharge until it automatically shuts off, then cool it down and charge it again to 100%. Have a nice day.

I have the same problem here. AC and DC are both off and device is not in UPS mode. Yet I continue to see input around 110 watts but never reaches 100% charge.
