This is my actually situation about Zendure.
2023/08/12 12:45: I send an e-mail because Solar Input 1 stop working.
2023/08/14 08:54: Support asks to me serial number and a video of the problem.
2023/08/15 14:37: I send the info.
2023/08/15 09:47: Support saids will transfer the case for troubleshooting.
2023/08/18 22:20: I send another e-mail because I didn't receive an answer.
2023/08/22 04:02: Asks me for info to give me a return label.
2023/08/22 14:15: I send the info.
2023/08/29 09:28: Supports gives to me a return label.
2023/08/30 10:04: I send the packet.
2023/09/05 09:33: Packet arrived to support.
2023/09/14 15:49: Still waiting the new HUB.
32 days passed since first e-mail and still counting...
E-mails are answered every 2 / 3 days, just once.
This is BULLSHIT customer service.
I sincerely hope that you don’t have any problems with the product.
