Zendure 2400 since update malfuntion

My Zendure 2400 battery system doesn’t function anymore like it did. Charging when the energy providers data says electricity is cheap, does not happen anymore. Output of electricity is now max 200watt and as that I should be in Germany. I am actually in The Netherlands. I reconfigured the settings. But still it is not as it was before the firmware updates. What to do so it works as smart as before????

After firmware update for AC2400, a restart or a special reset is often necessary to ensure that the update is applied correctly and that the device recognizes the batteries again.
A reset means pressing the button for 12 seconds

So I made a video of my screen, so you can see how I cannot choose an offgrid option. I can change the working modus below but you can see that it automatically changes back. Then you can see how I try to change the location country and it also automatically changes back. Very annoying as I cannot think of a reason why it does not work anymore!!!!!
