No solar production in the app

Can somebody assist.
I recently installed the Solarflow 2400ac module with 2 batteries (of which one is defective on arrival)
in combination with the Smart 3CT meter on a single-phase circuit and a clamp on the incoming cable.

Why can I not see the solar production in the app?

Apparently there is no combination possible when using the smart meter mode in the app.
Now I need to manually switch from the solar overproduction option to follow schedule in order tocharge the battery during nighttime.

Any help would be appreciated.

Die Solarstromproduktion wird mit dem 3CT nur angezeigt, wenn die 50A Klemmen (nicht standardmäßig dabei, muss bei Zendure extra gekauft werden) direkt an den PV Leitungen angeschlossen werden. Ansonsten wird nur angezeigt, ab der Hausanschluss gerade im Netzbezug bzw Einspeisung ist.

Henry Hey Henry, do you mean that the clamps which are included with the 3CT meter can only be coonected to the 120A slots. When I connected the clamp initially to the 50a slot, i had no figures on the main page.

Korrekt. Die mitgelieferten Stromklemmen müssen an die 120A Anschlüsse. Die 50A Anschlüsse sind für die PV Anlage.

Henry So if i understand well, I need to order a 50a clamp separately and connect it to the incoming cable of the PV installation and the 3ct meter. Which input do i need to use on the meter?
Will it be detected automatically on the app?

Ja genau, die gibt es direkt bei Zendure für 12,90€. Die Eingänge am 3CT sind mit 50 bzw 120A beschriftet, die Stromzangen für die PV Anlage kommen an die 50A Anschlüsse.
Ob das dann in der App automatisch angezeigt wird, oder ob du da noch was einstellen musst, kann ich dir leider nicht sagen, da ich selbst einen Shelly nutze und keinen 3CT.

Henry just ordered a Shellly 50A clamp because the European Zendure site is not delivering this to Belgium and on the dutch site it is not available. Normally the same connector.. cross fingers
