Zendure Home Assistant Integration problem

Hello,
I'm not sure if I ask my question at right place.
I try to install/connect Zendure SolarFlow2400 in Home Assistant.
When I try to 'add an integration' Zendure I copy/paste my 'cloud key' and the answer is 'invalid input'.
I tried numerous times from different devices without success.

I put in the cloud key by hand. No problem at my Z-HA integration. Give this a try.

You used this key? from Zendure APP? from your MAIN account (not from the second or third one!!!!)

I have the same problem. Whether I copy and paste the token from the Zendure app or enter the code manually, I get an "Invalid Input" error message.

Is there a solution yet?

Ist das die Cloud ID des Hauptkontos, mit dem der Hub registriert wurde ?

Hello again,
I tried these ideas but without positive result.
Yes it is the cloud ID from my main account, the cloud ID from the secondary account is the same.
By the way my secondary account never saw (in it's own Zendure cloud view) my solar2400 or 3CT. I followed multiple time the indications to share my solarflow2400 and 3CT, and tried different ways, but never succeded...
So I'm going to study the link from Surfer1264.

Seems to be the dev team around FireSon has the same problem.

Let’s cite a dev from Z-HA here:

Forget about it. Digging deeper, I saw that my token also does not work anymore. Only the saved state is leading to a working integration. Removing and adding the integration will not work also for me anymore :-(

So everybody: DONT UPDATE Z-HA at the moment, there is a problem with the Token-infrastructure on Zendure Side.

@Tim (Moderator) maybe you can use your channel to Zendure for urgency. Thank you 🙏

Es ist, glaube ich, tatsächlich andersherum. Das Z-HA Dev Team hat bei Zendure ein Ticket geöffnet (auch der ioBroker Adapter hatte übrigens das gleiche Problem). Zendure hat offensichtlich das Problem gelöst.....nach ersten Kommentaren

I thank you all of you for your time and skills.
I tried many times (uninstalling / reinstalling almost everything, in all possible order) following recommandations from here and github.
But unfortunately my token stays at 'invalid input'...
Maybe the problem come from my token ? In that case where/who i should ask to provide a new one, if it makes sense ?

Do you have many accounts ?
And if yes which account do you use for ZHA?
Use always the first account ! The account which you used to register the hub.
Which hub ?

The originally problem with the token was solved.

Which version did you install?
I guess you need to install the latest PRE ( and not the officially released one 1.1.3)

On all three systems, token-based login works (I've only tested version 1.1.4-pre10 so far).

Hello Surfer,
2 accounts, but always operate with my main one.
I think you talk about 'hub' = SolarFlow2400, after that i registrered my 3CT.
I installed 1.1.4-pre10, the lastet as they talk about it on Github.
I will check the links issues/915 and do some tests if needed, but I guess now that I am at the end of the road : opening a issue at Zendure, with your link.
You already spend time and help me, so thank you.
