One Hour charge gap between 2300u and next day

Seems to be a bug with countries that have summer and winter times.

Here it's not a gap of one hour, but a gap of a while day. Today the dynamic pricing is with date from yesterday 11-11-2025 and big from today 12-11-2025. Therefore the dynamic pricing plan is not correct. My energy provider is Zonneplan, but this is a Zendure server issue as HEMS is running in the cloud.
