the day ahead pricing for energy providers changed today, October 1st, to 15min instead of 1h

What does that mean:
With dynamic pricing - all dynamic providers are offers instead of 24 pricings on an hourly base a day now 96 pricings on a 15min base.
To give Zendure Customers all this flexibility - please implement the new 15min Schedule to be more precises on
- Time periods for AC Charging that meet a price condition - e.g. in Smart Meter Mode in HEMS
- Change the Time Scale in Base Load mode from 30m Settings ( 0 and 30 ) for the minutes to 15min Settings ( 0, 15, 30 and 45 ) for the minutes.
This depends to the App / Cloud Settings for all Solarflow Products
