Hello I have the following configuration: hyper 2000, 2 solar panel 340 watt, 3 batteries ab1000, shelly 3em pro. The problem is that there no way to have the system working using the shelly 3em pro sensor. The Hyper won't read the power of the loads in the house, while the shelly in the Zendure app does. I tried all the possible configurations...Hems on, Hems off, automatic mode, expert mode...restart the system...no way to make it work. I would like to have the Hems on but the system only charges the batteries, without feeding power in the house, then once the batteries are full it goes stanby. With the shelly 3em I had before, the system worked well with Hems mode off (obviously with the cloud delay response)...any advice to have the shelly 3em pro to work properly. Thank you
