Hi everyone !

I’m struggling with something strange on my solarflow 2400.
When the battery is fully charged :
The off grid ac is in bypass mode, that is ok and my equipment plugged in it is ON.
If I remove the solarflow from the grid, also OK, it switch to discharge mode and the off grid stays always ON without any lag.
BUT on the other hand, in the exact same conditions, the battery is full and in bypass mode, still plugged to the grid, then it switch itself to discharge mode to deliver power to the house (automatically, with a shelly pro 3em) then the off grid power off for a few seconds before activating again.
Each time the batterie gets full again and then discharge, as the shelly pro command, it power off the devices plugged to the off grid AC.
Is this normal ?
Or is there something that I’m missing ?

There is really NO BYPASS mode in SF2400AC, because there are no solar panels integrated that could be bypassed to the ongrid plug.
If the accu is full, the offgrid plug is turned off and an attached inverter will also automatically turn off.
After some discharge of accu power, it will be charged again, but without direct pass thru from offgrid to ongrid plug.

Actually I’m facing the problem on the other way. The SF is plugged to the grid, allways, and charged. On the offgrid plug I have an equipment plugged, let’s say a NAS for example.
When the accu is full the SF is in bypass mode, as it deliver power to the off grid plug directly from the ac in of the grid

NO! Again: there is no bypass mode in SF2400AC!
The power given to the AC offgrid plug is comming out of the accu - proof: disconnect the ongrid plug and you will see your equipment connected to the offgrid plug is still working until the accu is completely discharged.

Don't try to use the offgrid plug to simmulat an interruption-free power supply - it is NOT reliable for that purpose!

I think you’re wrong. Check the documentation. There is a switch. The accu is not contiuously charging and delivering to the offgrid plug.

« During a grid interruption, the system can seamlessly switch to battery power within 20 milliseconds, providing an uninterruptible power supply to connected devices.»

Those 20ms comes from the switch from bypass to battery mode

I just plug a NAS to the off grid plug. What’s wrong with this ?

Plus, the app clearly says it is in bypass mode when fully charged.

It's you, who said that the devices like a NAS are switched off in some situations when connected to offgrid plug and I told you, that this is normal behaviour.
If you don't believe me, it's not a problem of mine ...

Anyway, all of this was not my point.
The Fact is that when the SF is switching between « fully charged » and « discharching » I see a power off for 2 seconds on the off grid plug. Although in case of a power outage I DO NOT, everything is going well, in 20 milliseconds as the specs says !

It’s actually exactly what the documentation is saying : « providing an uninterruptible power supply to connected devices »
