Both my SBV6400 and satellite battery are at 0% charge. They are plugged in, but haven’t charged for quite some time as the battery level slowly dropped. I had tried multiple times to up grade the firmware over the past couple months, but it always fails. Now the battery is too low to try. I don’t think this thing has ever worked properly and now it doesn’t work at all. What can I do about it?
