Hello. It’s been years since I’ve written to support, but I have to do it now.
I don’t really know when exactly the problem started, but as of now, the problem looks like this:
Zendure works in UPS mode, with both AC-in and AC-out. When AC-in stops (no input voltage), Zendure switches to working mode and provides AC-out from the batteries. When AC-in restores, Zendure switches back to UPS mode and starts charging itself. The problem is that while in UPS mode and fully charged, Zendure turns off AC-out. So, even with a fully charged Zendure in UPS mode and AC-in, I have to manually turn on AC-out every time. I guess it shouldn’t work like this. Any ideas?
