SF800P shows "no battery"

I have recently setup my balkony power plant. Since yesterday I am facing the following issue: the PV inputs show 0W input power and "no battery" is shown on the summary screen.
I tried different settings, like time schedules to charge the battery from the grid and recover it in this way, but nothing works

Wird der Akku nicht erkannt ist er vermutlich tiefentladen. In diesem Fall bleibt nur der Austausch über Zendure oder deinen Händler wo du es gekauft hast.
Hattest du den Akku nach der Installation komplett aufgeladen (100%)? Das ist wichtig um die Prozentanzeige in der App zu kalibrieren. Dies sollte man regelmäßig tun weil die Prozentanzeige sonst immer ungenauer ist, je länger das letzte Aufladen auf 100% her ist.

Kann das bei den neuen Akkus immer noch passieren? Unglaublich, wann lernt Zendure endlich aus seinen Fehlern?
Was ist das denn für ein Akku Typ?

Muss der selbe Akku-Typ wie die AB sein, da die 1000/2000er mit dem SF800pro kompatibel sind.
Klar kann tiefentladen passieren, selbe Software wie die restlichen Zendures und ein neuer User der von Thema "Kalibrierung" bislang nichts las/hörte.

I was not aware the the battery should be charged to 100% before the first use. It is not mentioned in the manual as far as I know.
The setting in the app that the battery should not be discharged below 10% was never changed. The day before the solar flow worked, but since yesterday the battery is not recognized anymore.

Interesting thing: the extension battery is connected and the SF shows a state of charge at the decide itself, but not in the app.

The pv inputs are also not operational anymore. Input power is permanently 0W

Ja, manche Eigenarten des Systems werden für Anfänger nicht gut erklärt oder beschrieben. Ohne Akku sollte PV trotzdem zum Haus durchgeleitet werden. Das ist merkwürdig und kann ich nicht erklären.
