BrettP Anyone have their app get stuck on Firmware Update? Mine showed Firmware Update 67% when I first connected the app to my SBP1500, and two months later is still stuck on it. Any suggestions? #app
support If the firmware update is not successful, try turning the device off and restarting it. Then try the update again. Or you can provide the SN code and imei code of the device. Have a nice day.
