Error code 40 on brand new solarflow 2400AC

Hi all,

I just bought the solarflow 2400 AC and can’t make or work. The app shows error code 40 Ground fault. I am sure my electric installation is good and certified, and I tried in 2 other houses, still same issue. Any clue? Thanks

Error code 40 is when the voltage between earth pin and neutral is too high.
I had the same problem, turns out I don't have a phase 230V and a neutral 0V but bi-phase installation and in my case 136V between earth and "neutral".
There is a switch in the options "Dual Live Wire Compatible Switch" that I needed to turn on and it was working. Mesure your voltages and if you're in the same case, just switch it on.
