I have purchase the SF2400pro early April when the price was lower. Unfortunaly not aware of this issue (that's finally why it's not on be.zendure.com), I bought on Amazon.fr.
The "dual live wires" was requested by me to Zendure but they don't want to implement. Although I have the proof it was done already at least for one user.
Their official answer is always "please wait for Synergrid Belgium certification" or you can choose to return the stuff if you can't wait.
Their request towards Synergrid was apparently performed in January and promised for April. Now delayed to end-July. If it happens...
To be noted I don't see any error message. Just the flash light for the grid is blinking red.
