I have the exact same problem with 2 units now. Zendure attempted to push new firmware to the unit, but didn’t help, although it’s impossible to know if the firmware updated because there is no way to verify the latest firmware level on the app. Stuck with two bricks at the moment. Only suggestion from Zendure is to contact local agent, but these units were given to me by a friend so I have no order number. Both units are months old only and we’re working properly when I got them. Zendure will not replace.
