A general question:
Where can I submit a feature improvement proposal that will actually reach the Zendure team directly?
Improvement Proposal 1:
Could there be an additional setting added to Zenki AI that allows the user to define a peak power limit?
Where I live, I am charged extra for peak power consumption — even during times when energy prices are low.
Currently, it sometimes happens that my house is consuming around 3000 watts, and then Zenki decides to charge the battery from the AC2400 SolarFlow with an additional 2400 watts. This causes a total peak of 5400 watts, which is not desirable.
In this case, the system should have avoided charging, or even started discharging, to prevent exceeding the peak threshold.
Improvement Proposal 2:
Even though my solar panels are not connected directly to the Zendure AC2400 SolarFlow, the system should be smart enough to detect local solar overproduction — especially when the battery is charging without drawing power from the grid.
It would be very helpful if the system could:
Recognize and classify this energy as solar input, and
Distinguish between solar-charged energy and energy drawn from the grid,
As well as track the amount of energy returned to the grid that exceeds both the battery charge and the household consumption.
