Yes, same problem here (Netherlands). This week it happened on monday, tuesday, wednesday and thurday. Now, Friday no problem. Don’t know why. My wifi network is fine, but the Hyper 2000 looses connection to the Zendure cloud. The app then shows the Hyper 2000 as offline. Contacted Zendure Support, but they don’t reply.
It is not a problem with the wifi network, because I have a mesh wifi network with 4 accesspoints and when I shut down the accesspoint that the Hyper 2000 is connected to, the Hyper 2000 just connects to a different wifi access point and the Cloud connection is not affected, it keeps working as it did. But at midnight the cloud connection goes down and causes the Hyper 2000 to go offline.
I hate it!
