Hello, i bought Superbase Pro 2000 today, and the station isn't working without AC input
cable plugged in, the display is off until i plugged the AC, only green indicators (power, wifi,
ac) are light up once i press on it, but it doesn't turn off if i press it again, charging not
working too, generally everything isn't working. When i plugg the AC cable to the station, the
station isn't really charging (i attached the video below), also i connected the station to the
app and found the firmware update, but i getting error because AC cable plugged in, but i
obviously can't install the update without AC cable in, the station isn't working if i plugg off
the AC cable.
