When installing my new Solarflow 2400 with 2 X AB3000X batteries, it was recognised by the APP and I could connect by Bluetooth only. The WIF connection failed for connect with the cloud. My sytem is in my network, but I can no longer add it to the app. It is also no longer chanrging and I have a flashing red bar (1 bar) ever since. I heard that there may be a problem synching with the cloud. The 2 batteries orignally showed 30%. Does anyone know who to resolve this issue? I wonder is there an issues also with the firmware update?
