Power indator slow blinking

On my brand new Solarflow 800 Pro the power indicator led is constantly blinking slowly. In the manual isn‘t mentioned this behavior.

Bonjour j’ai la même chose sur mon solarflow 800 pro qui est Hors service j’ai demandé le renvoie (défaut de batterie)

It does it when the off grid mode is on.

I don‘t have activated the off grid mode and all is working fine. I have only the power led slowly blinking
