Since 2.days my aio doesn't get sun
( It get only few like 100w for the all day)

I tried to restart it, still the same
To desactivate the intelligent mode still the same

Did it happen to somebody ? My battery have only 2 years ,ive written to the support this week end with ai answer and just generic test i did already

Can somebody help ? Or know what to do ?

Also ive tested the mptt connected directly to the solar panel its working fine

For those who have the same i think insolved it thanks to the help of questionning chatgpt :

when it become night ( solar panel not receiving anything )
turn off aio ( 4 to 5 seconds to the power button ) you will hear 3 drops when it shutdown, you should see that its off on the app
disconnect everything : solar panel , mqtt
next morning reconnect everything
turn on

This do reset on everything , im supervising but for the moment it works great

Finally after 1.day ,.it is still not working , 1 week end m'y ticket is open , no answer from zendure , somebody know how to have the answer from thé support ?
