220V output sockets are not active on Super Base 4600

The Super Base 4600 station does not charge from the outlet.
Only from the solar panel.
The UPS indicator is on.
4 220V output sockets are not active.
Rebooting did not help, the settings in the application are set to 230 V 50 Hz.

Why is there no charging from the network?
Why are the 220V sockets not active?

Maybe someone has encountered the same problems and knows a solution?

Stecken Sie mal nicht den Netzstecker ein. Und prüfen Sie ob bei Funktion, der Schiebeschalter AmpUP- Modus aktiv ist, die Steckdosen sollten dann Funktionieren.

The problem was solved, but in a slightly different way. By holding the ACPower Button for a long time, the mode was switched and the Home Panel indicator on the display disappeared. A separate question is why it is active at all if I did not activate it 🙂?
As a result, the output current sockets worked in the previous mode. If only the manufacturers heard the words I used to remember their developers 🙂
