Hello,
my hyper 2000 does not start anymore after last firmware update (July 2025). I tried to remove the hyper from the battery, disconnect the PV input and the AC plug from the device but hyper is completely dead (no light, no bluetooth connection, it appears offline in the zendure app)
Support also does not provide help. Any idea to solve this issue?
