Really disappointed by Zendure !!

It's been a month now that my Hyper 2000 and 2400 AC are working intermittently, at 10% capacity and Zendure support cannot do anything to help.

It seems that I invested a LOT of money on these controllers and the batteries for nothing. Instead of saving me money, I'm losing money.

Also wenn Hyper und 2400AC zur gleichen Zeit dieselben Probleme haben, würde ich initial vermuten, dass die Ursache außerhalb der Gehäuse liegt.... 🤔

The Hyper 2000 worked very well for 1 year. Then problems started when, last month, I added the 2400 AC and the 3CT. The HEMS is not delivering anything for me. Now Complete mess !!

I regret buying the 2400 AC and the new batteries.

Try to reset it, remove it from the app and all this stuff.
But yeah Zendure support is the worst experience i ever had in my life. The peoplw working there are usless. Instead of helping they ask for shema how you connected the panels, they ask for your invoice and all other stuff. Im currently in contact with zendure since maybe 1.5months.
The ask nonsense to play down time until you just give up on replying.
