Not only does the device ignore the battery charge limit when using as a UPS (literally the only reason I went with this product over a different company), but several times per week the device completely shuts off. Doesn't matter if it's fully charged, it shows 0% when I turn it back on manually. It then quickly climbs back to 100% capacity, by about 1% per second, so clearly it's a software problem..

Please don't worry, you can provide the SN and imei code of the device, and we will check you if there is a firmware update.

I've checked many times, it always says it's up to date. here hasn't been an AC firmware update in a very long time.

Another thing, which I find ridiculous, is that the SBP uses 50 watts of power at all times when the AC plugs are enabled, even if nothing is plugged in or drawing power. Why does it possibly need to keep the fans running when in UPS mode when the power should be pass thru? Even when not in UPS mode, and nothing plugged in, the fans stay on at all times when AC is enabled. Seems like quite the oversight to me
