I am experiencing issues with my solar system, which consists of 3 Hyper 2000 units connected in a cluster, a Shelly 3EM Pro, and plug-and-play solar panels across 3 circuit breakers since the last update. The problems are as follows:
• Regular disconnections of one Hyper 2000 unit.
• Power being injected into the grid despite excess solar production, when the batteries should be charging instead.
• Need to restart the system at least once a day to restore normal operation.
• No anomaly notifications in the app, forcing me v constantly monitor the system.
-These issues are causing my electricity bill to increase, when it should be decreasing. Could you please clarify the cause of these problems, propose solutions, ano provide a timeline for resolution? Adding an anomaly notification feature would also be critical.
