Does anyone know how to "unpair" the unit from a prior account?
Does anyone know how to reset the unit without using the app?
When I try to connect with the app, I'm told it's already paired and needs to be "unpaired."
I lost/forgot my account username and password. Created a new account, and can't access unit until unpaired from prior account.
No way to recover prior account. Zendure can't find it... figure it out.
