Super Base 2000 Pro Improper Battery Operation

I decided to do more frequent cycling of the battery.
So, I got the Shelly plug and have it configured with Wi-Fi. I turned off the AC Charging and let it run off the battery and weird things happened:
The battery of course was at 100% and the draw was about 100 watts. After about 2 hours it was still showing 100%, then all of a sudden, the entire unit turned off and I got an alert about "the current battery is already lower than the set low battery threshold and the set low battery threshold is 5."

I turned the AC Charging back on and the battery was showing 0% but quickly climbed back up to 100%. I waited a bit and then ran it on the battery again. This time the battery was discharging at a normal rate, losing about 6% per hour. Then after about 2 hours, it turned off again. I started AC charging again and it started charging the battery at a more normal rate and took a while to come back to full. This looks like some sort of controller bug but I have not seen any firmware updates in a LONG time!
Also, one other thing. Recently the fan on this thing started running at a low level, constantly. Unit temperature is only 83.4 degrees F.

Has anyone run across these issues at all.? I have another SBP2000 Pro, that was also exhibiting these issues, in the past.

All my communications/internet etc. are connected to this unit and I cannot afford to have it crap out like this at any time.

Any thoughts?

Guten Morgen, leider haben Sie nicht erwähnt wann Sie die Power Station gekauft haben. Wenn sie älter ist als 2 Jahre ist der Garantie Anspruch zu Ende. Generell ist aber bei Accu Geräten, Accu Pflege erstes Gebot. Die Ladeuntergrenze zwischen 15-20% oben 100% , einhalten. Regelmäßige die 100% erreichen. Sonst Kalibriert der Accu sich nicht richtig .Ja, beim Entladen 230 V springen die Lüfter oftmals an , Kühlung für die Endstufen.Falls Sie einmal an einem anderen System interessiert sind schauen Sie sich mal den ECO Flow Delta 3 / 1500 an .Das Gerät kann mit einem Zusatz Accu erweitert werden. Good evening. Thank you for that information. Well when I bought the unit, it was about 2 years ago but it came with a 3 year warranty. That is not really my concern because I believe that this may be caused by a firmware issue, or as you mentioned the battery may need recalibration.

I need to find out what the procedure would be. I was going to try to let the battery drain down to about 20% and then recharge back to 80 or 100% but the unit dies before I can get the charge level low enough. Regarding the fans, I understand that they will run when running on battery, but these are now running also when connected to 110 volts and completely charged, it never did that before. The fans would come on from time to time and shutoff. Now they run constantly at a low level.

Anyway, I can look at the Eco Flow unit you mentioned but would like to get this one stabilized too. I do not see in the specifications where it mentions UPS capability, or reaction time. Also, does this produce a pure sine wave output?
