My Level 1 OEM EV Charger is not working when plugged into SBV6400

I've had the Zendure SBV6400 and a satellite battery for awhile now. Mostly used it for emergencies, but recently got an EV and wanted to try using the SBV standard 120V plug to charge it. I'm using an OEM level 1 charger with a standard NEMA 5-15 plug (pulls _12A from my wall outlet). When I plug it into the SBV regular plugs, I get an unknown error on the charger. Attempts to plug everything into the EV itself anyway do not work. Any ideas as to what's wrong or what I can try? TIA

Heard others that some chargers need grounding or ground
eutral bonding. Check with zendure support on this, before attempting anything not to damage the unit or put yourself in danger.

Thanks for the reply. So there's no way that Zendure fakes grounding, despite the 3-prong plugs? I ended up trying another L1 charger (this latest one is from Lectron) and that seems fine. Was able to charge the car without any (noticeable) issue. But I'll try reaching out to Zendure in case they have any further info. After leaving the OEM charger plugged in for awhile, I did notice some light smell so it's possible something was unhappy on the circuitry front.
