App connection to SBV not discovering

When trying to connect my brand new super Bass v I cannot get it to connect to the app. I ordered two units and one unit connected right away. My second unit will not connect. I do see a super base v under my Bluetooth settings. Unfortunately it will not connect to that one.

Can you only do WIFI? I was assuming it tried both Bluetooth and WIFI since they are both flashing.

For the first use, it is recommended to use home Wi-Fi to connect, so that functions such as firmware update can be realized through the network.
It can be connected via Bluetooth when there is no network.
Please try to connect via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi? If you have any questions, you can always give feedback.
