HCustomMetal No matter what I do the app shows the wrong info. I’ve reset the unit. Uninstalled the app. Removed the device and re added it. Still shows 14% battery even though my spb1500 is at 98%
HCustomMetal I got it. Didn’t realize it was connecting to my 5g Wi-Fi. Once I set it to connect to the 2g network it sorted itself out.
support I'm sorry, currently the device could only support 2.4GHz Wi-Fi, it could not connect to 5GHz. With 2.4 GHz it could be all right. Have a nice day.
Ed You reset the Superbase Pro? Were you able to reset without the App? Does anyone know how to reset the Superbase 2000 Pro without the App? Does anyone know how to unpair the unit from a prior account? I can't connect the App because unit is linked to a prior account that no longer remember the details of.
