No solar to grid when battery full

My hyper 2000 is in smart mode and when the battery is full it stops forwarding solar power to the grid because it has detected that another power system is feeding into the grid. Which is correct because I have other solar power feeding into the grid.

I have allowed feedback into the grid but it won't do that when the battery is full and in smart mode!
Why not? Only when I stop the smart mode will it start feeding the solar power into the grid.

What is the problem?

Maybe you should choose another energy plan for this system, like the "battery priority mode", where it stores the energy to the battery, until maximum SOC, and then releases all energy to the grid.

Hallo, deine Anlage entspricht im Aufbau und Einstellungen im Wesentlichen meiner Anlage. Ist eine zweite PV Anlage vorhanden, wird bei vollem Akku automatisch kein Strom eingespeist wenn kein Bedarf vorliegt. Ich hoffe Zendure bessert da mal nach. Ansonsten muss händisch umgeschaltet werden.

Try disabling the excess current tracking in CT mode. Apparently, only one option works: bypass at 100% OR excess current tracking. Whether this is a bug or a feature is currently being discussed. Facebook Forum

Das Problem besteht leider schon mindestens seit einem halben Jahr. Ich habe das bereits da an den Support gesendet. Im Cluster ist das leider noch schlimmer, da gibt es generell keine einspeisung....
