One AB1000 battery: 950W
One AB2000 battery: 1200W
Two or more batteries: 1600W.

I have 3 AB2000s and I can't get more than 1,200W

Hallo. Wie lädst du deine Batterien auf? Der Input ist auf die PV-Leistung bezogen. Im AC-Laden sind es max. 1200 Watt.
