My SBP1500 takes an incorrect input after 90%.I can set 800w or 1200w or 300w and in all scenarios device will take much more smaller than the limit I set before.

I think it use low current to finish charge so after 90% it drops input wattage to save battery life

This point has no logical and probably you didn't see my video. If I set maximum watts to 1200 I can get around 500watts income but if I set 500watts to income I can get only 120-180watts. Why I get get the same 500watts if I set 500watts? but can get this 500watts using 1200watts limit?
