Hyper 2000 gets stuck

Hi there, I’m having issues with my hyper 2000. Every day it gets stuck on the same screen. The app doesn’t show me the updated useage. It gets stuck and I always resolve the issue by doing the network configuration again. But it gets stuck the next day again. Anyone having the same issue?

Did you already check the following:

Does your WiFi operates on 2.4Ghz only? There were some issues, when 5Ghz WiFi with the same SSID was present as well.
What is the DHCP Lease Time of your router? The Solarflow hardware does not like to get new IP Adresses, thus it’s recommended setting a static ip for your device

Hey! Thanks for your help. It’s already on 2.4 ghz and 5ghz on the same sssid is not active. However they’re connected with my WiFi mesh extender. I see that the IPV4 is showing dynamic IP. See screenshot? Do I need to change this to static? Or something else?
