Andy I have the powerbase pro 2000w and it is only pulling 110v at 60Hz, isn't it supposed to be 120v?

Andy the power it is giving is 110v all my things are 120v, I understand that it supports 100v to 120v but the output of the superbase is 110v, the app gives me the option to change it from 50hz to 60hz but not from 110v to 120v ,
