Buy Shelly plus plug S or plug 2 (for a heavy appliance like a washer or dryer), and they will show up in your account without any problem. It will let you leverage the on demand supply, (device based instead of the whole circuit.)
I live in Austria, and there are only two circuits on my house house which are actually 3 phase, (stovetop, water heater, and solar inverter) the other circuit/breakers only use one of the three phases. You really only need to monitor always only devices like wifi routers, fridge, etc, then add a buffer for lights, and you get a pretty reliable "base load" for your PV to supply without spillover
