is it normal that the battery is 100% charged, and the device continues to turn the charge on and off, while making noise? Or do you always need to turn off the charging cable from the outlet in the wall at 100% charge? SBP1500

When the unit is charging, the fan should work, thus a bit of sound.
And when charging, the unit could not switch off. When you are not using the unit, you could unplug the cable and turn off the unit. Or you could use the device as UPS mode.
