Superbase 2000pro in Standby and can't get it into operation

Hi everybody, my Superbase 2000pro went in standby mode and I can't get it back operational (neither at the pack nor through the app). I have reset the pack several times but no change. I can't charge nor discharge the pack. Zendure service said they can't offer help since the pack is out of warranty since a few month. Anyone having a helpful idea? Thanks!

I also use a Super Bace Pro 2000, and since it was still under manufacturer's warranty, I had it replaced once. However, after about five months, it stopped charging and discharging. The manufacturer's support said that they won't do any repairs or anything after the warranty period has expired, so I have a lot of distrust for the manufacturer's response.
