Error Code 317

No AC power out. Did AC firware update with no change. Help please.

Not sure this cand be solved on site or remotely. May probably require replacement. But Support@zendure.com should be able to guide.

Zendure has responded. Suggested charge and restart. I determined that AC output works only as pass through from AC grid input. Battery is not powering the AC inverter though 12v DC out is working.

Hello, I am new to this Zendure community. Were you able to find a viable solution to your issue? I bought Zendure Superbase V about 9 months agoo and have not used it much until recently. I was having a 317 error and have tried a few troubleshooting steps which seems to work ok for now.

So after getting the error code 317, and followed steps to discharge and recharge the Zendure Superbase V 4600 machine. The error code 317 continues to occur intermittently and I am also getting the error code 318 in addition. Furthermore, the AC outlets are turned off. This machine is non-functional. Any help is appreciated

I think you need to contact Zendure, it's frustrating that they are probably not in your time zone, but eventually I have had them respond and help me even if it takes daily contacts
