Добрый день. Приобрёл zendure SuperBase 1500. Работает в режиме UPS на неё подключен холодильник. Станция самопроизвольно отключает выход AC, бывает через 1 час или 3 часа, по разному. После этого нужно только физически включать. Почему так происходит?

We could make a new firmware update for SBP1500 against the problem at present.
Could you wait for it again, if it is ready, you could do the update through app, then it could solve the problem.

Прошивка по AC и DC обновлена до актуальной. Проблема в том что, SuperBase 1500 время от времени отключает выход AC. Подключен холодильник, который в активном режиме потребляет 200W а спящем режиме 5W. Может ли SuperBase автоматически отключать выход AC при низком потреблении (5W)?

После подключения дополнительного потребителя, SuperBase уже в течении 24 часов работает без проблем и не отключает выход АС. Вывод такой, что если на выходе АС очень низкое потребление (у меня было 5W) станция почему-то отключает его время от времени. Сейчас подключено два устройства которые потребляют минимум 40W и проблема пока не проявлялась.

Не решил, отключаться стала реже но все равно отключается 🙁

Добрый день. Серийный не отображается в приложении. Код IMEI 863257062184819, идентификационный 19891. Этого достаточно или нужен серийный?

Добрый день. В приложении нету новой прошивки! На когда ее ждать?! Ваш продукт не работает так как заявлено в инструкции, это доставляет большой дискоморт!!

Друзья, после обновления ничего не изменилось! Отключение порта АС продолжается! Это большая проблема в нынешних условиях. Когда Вы планируете это исправить??

Bugs:

Doesn't show SN - (null)
AC sockets are turning off by their own will. Can't turn them on from app (they turn on and then off). Manual turning them on directly on the device - helps. But How to prevent them from switching off? haven't find this setting.
