phihen Hi all, i have 2 batteries AB1000 with a Hub1200. The AB1000 stopped working and no longer appear in the application. The light is off on the Hub1200. I tried to contact Zendure support but my emails remained unanswered. Do they have a phone number? Is there a specific email? Thank you
phihen Yes, I tried reseting the hub, unplugged the solar modules, changed the order of the batteries, nothing worked.
phihen I do not remember, they were unplugged for a few days because I moved, but I think they were at least at 80%
Felli Okay this should be way enough. Then I don't know and because unplugging and reconnecting didn't work, only support might help.
Stefan Ich hatte das gleiche Ende letzten Jahres, aber es war nicht die Batterien, sondern der Hub war defekt. Kennst Du jemanden an dessen Hub Du Deine Batterien stecken kannst, um das zu überprüfen?
phihen I have connected the batteries to my hyper2000 but it did not work. Hyper2000 does not see the batteries. And when I plug the new AB2000 I ordered to the HUB1200, it works
phihen So far, always the same email from Zendure support: try connecting the hub to each battery. I send the result and explain that it does not work, but it feels like I am talking to a robotZendure #solarflow
